Suite fault isolator

An isolator that prevents a fault inside one dwelling unit from disabling notification in neighbouring units. Canadian AHJ guidance is specific on two points: the isolator is installed outside the suite it protects, and acceptance is demonstrated by imposing a wire-to-wire short inside each suite to prove corridor devices are unaffected.
